Vory One Timer — Privacy Policy

**None.** We do not run any backend service for this app. We do not operate analytics, crash reporting, advertising SDKs, or any third-party telemetry. We have no way of identifying you, your device, or how you use the app. The information described in the following sections stays exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to us.

On iOS, if — and only if — you tap Sign in with Apple in the Profile screen: - Apple may share with the app your name and email address (which can be a private relay address you control). - The app stores this information locally on your device only, in iOS UserDefaults, so it can show your name and email back to you in the Profile screen. - This data is never sent to us, to Vory One LLC servers, or to any third party. - You can remove it at any time by tapping Sign Out in the Profile screen. On Android, the current version of the app does not offer any sign-in. There is no account, no authentication, and no identifier linked to you. You are not required to sign in on iOS to use the app. All timer features work without an account on both platforms.

If you purchase Premium and save timer presets in the My Presets screen: - On iOS, presets are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. - On Android, presets are stored locally on your device using Google's Room (SQLite) framework. - They are not transmitted to us in either case. - You can delete any preset at any time from the My Presets screen.

The Premium upgrade (one-time, lifetime) is processed entirely by the platform store: - On iOS, the purchase goes through Apple, the App Store, and Apple's StoreKit framework. Payment information goes from you directly to Apple. Apple gives the app a transaction receipt that we use locally to unlock Premium features. - On Android, the purchase goes through Google, Google Play, and Google Play Billing. Payment information goes from you directly to Google. Google gives the app a purchase token that we use locally to unlock Premium features. In both cases, we never see, receive, or store payment details, and we do not transmit the receipt/token to any server. On iOS, if you grant permission, the app sends a local notification when the app goes to the background while a timer is still running, so iOS does not suggest closing it. On Android, while a timer is running the app starts a foreground service that shows a persistent notification ("Timer running"). This is required by Android so the system keeps the app alive in the background, allowing the timer to keep counting and beeping while you switch apps or lock the screen. - All these notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely on-device. - We do not use remote push notifications on either platform. - We do not collect any push token from you.

None. Because we do not collect data, we have nothing to share.

Any data the app stores locally (Sign in with Apple credentials on iOS, saved presets on both platforms) stays on your device for as long as the app is installed, or until you sign out, delete the preset, or uninstall the app. Both iOS and Android remove everything when the app is uninstalled.

The app is rated for general audiences on both the App Store and Google Play. It does not collect data from anyone, including children.

Because we do not collect or store any personal data on our side, requests under GDPR, CCPA, or similar regulations (access, deletion, portability) are satisfied automatically: there is nothing on our side to access, delete, or port. To remove data the app stored locally, sign out (on iOS) and/or uninstall the app.

If we ever change how the app handles data, we will update this page and update the effective date. Material changes will also be highlighted in the app’s release notes on both platforms.
