Vory One provides digital fitness and training tools and may provide nutrition related features, including plans, recommendations, and content.

The Services provide educational information and are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.
5. Assumption of risk
Physical training involves risk of injury. You are responsible for your use of the Services and any outcomes.
6. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activity under your account.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Some features require payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are shown at checkout and inside the product.
8. Acceptable use
You will not access the Services in an unauthorized way, interfere with security, copy or reverse engineer the Services, scrape content, or use the Services for unlawful purposes.
9. Intellectual property
Vory One LLC owns the Services, branding, and content. You receive a limited, personal, non transferable license to use the Services as intended.
10. Third party services
We use third party providers including Google, Meta, Mailchimp, Resend, and Stripe. Your use of their services may be subject to their terms.
11. Disclaimers
The Services are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific results.
12. Limitation of liability
Vory One LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits arising from your use of the Services.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vory One LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
14. Binding arbitration and class action waiver
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitration will take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States.
Disputes must be brought on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in class actions and representative proceedings.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms or for security reasons.
